Shipping policy
The shipping fee for each order is based on the package weight, package dimensions, delivery destination, and shipping method. The checkout page automatically calculates shipping costs for different shipping methods.
We ship most of our orders within 48 hours or anywhere 4 to 10 business days depending on item availability. After we have shipped the unit(s), please allow 8-14 business days for delivery depending on your location.
International Shipping
We only ship to United States and Canada. The recipient is responsible for customs charges.
Processing
As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we process it within 48 hours to 10 business days.
Order Tracking
The tracking number for the order will be sent to the email address provided 24 hours after the Order has completed processing. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at support@aesthxcare.com
Changing Your Order
Need to modify your order after payment? Contact us at support@aesthxcare.com within 48 hours of your purchase date. We'll respond quickly and do everything we can to accommodate your changes. However, once 48 hours have passed, your product enters our shipping network—moving from our manufacturer to our facility and then on to you. At that point, we won't be able to make any changes, and your order will be delivered to the original shipping address you provided.
Damaged Shipments
Before fully install your equipment, please inspect the package for any damage or missing parts on items. Please notify the delivery driver and AESTHXCARE immediately when damages occurred.
Missing, Stolen and Sent to Wrong Destination Shipments
All packages that are stolen, refused, claimed but addressed wrongfully by you, unclaimed from the local post office, undelivered as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be AESTHXCARE responsibility. AESTHXCARE will not pay for any fees or refund your shipment due to your negligence. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
