14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We accept returns of undamaged products in original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After the 14-day return window, purchased hardware is not eligible for refund; however, manufacturer warranty claims for replacement or repair remain available during the applicable warranty period.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email refunds@aesthxcare.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product photographs
  • Original shipping box photographs
  • Return Tracking Number including Shipping Carrier

Upon approval, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to non-quality issues or missing original packaging and components may be declined or subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Return Eligibility Requirements
Customers or their authorized agents must inspect equipment upon delivery and confirm acceptable condition. Returns are not accepted for water damage, lost, or stolen devices.
To qualify for our 14-day money-back guarantee, items must meet these conditions:

  • No water damage or tampering with internal components
  • All original packaging and accessories included
  • Equipment in good, undamaged condition

Return Shipping Deadline
Once you initiate a return, you have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to us. The item must show a tracking scan from the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) confirming it has been shipped back to us within this 7-day window. If we do not receive tracking information with a carrier scan showing the item was shipped within 7 days of return authorization, the return request will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Refund Timeline
Returned items undergo inspection upon return delivery. Upon successful inspection confirming acceptable condition, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the complete refund process typically takes 8-14 business days from receiving your returned item.
