After we reply with confirming the above. Please ship us the defective units to us along with the return tracking number including shipping carrier:

Once we receive it, we will notify you. Upon examination of the defective unit, we will ship:
1. New replacement unit or,
2. Fix your existing unit with new parts

Extended warranty must be purchased in the same order number at the time of equipment purchase. Extended warranty cannot be purchased after you have purchased your equipment.
