14 Day Money Back Guarantee
You may return your undamaged product with original packaging within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item after the 14-day return period, there are no refunds for purchased hardware, but it is allowed for a manufacturer replacement/repair while under manufacturer’s warranty.
To start the refund or exchange process, you must send us an email at email@example.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return
3. Pictures of the product
4. Pictures of the original shipping box
After confirming the above, customer must pay all shipping costs sending the items back to us.
If the reason for the return is not quality-related, or you are missing original packing and parts, we have the right to deny your request or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
It is of the Customer or Customer’s agent to inspect the Equipment and acknowledge that the Equipment is in good and acceptable condition. We do not allow returns for water damage, we do not provide replacements for lost or stolen devices. The following conditions must be met to allow a 14-day money back guarantee: Items do not have water damage and must not be tampered with any internal components. Items must have all associated box and supplies attached to it, as when first received.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur within the specified six months timeframe. In the unlikely event that your equipment experiences any issues covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the faulty parts at no additional cost to you. After confirming the above, we will issue a shipping label and send it to your email. Please ship us the defective units, once we receive it, we will notify you. Upon examination of the defective unit, we will ship:
1. New replacement unit or,
2. Fix your existing unit with new parts
